I am so sorry !!! I would imagine it depends on your region but the first thing I would do would be to contact the police and see where to go from there. Dad or not, he took your children and left and he has to be careful because in some areas/states/countries, that is considered kidnapping. Hopefully someone can help you plus get in contact with Children/Family services. Let us know what is going on!!

In Texas they go by possession is 9/10 of the law. Unless I get an attorney which I cannot afford and file separation before he, he will be able to keep them for the most part. As of right now he is wanting to go to his mom's for a few days at least. I have a feeling things will work out for the better but it may take time. I am trying to stay positive and work on myself as a mother and wife.

I really hope this works out for you in the best possible way. I have two past relationships that didn't work out where kids were involved (my two oldest) but I didn't have to go through any of that and I really feel for ya! I hope that he will also see that this was not the best way to handle it and try to work together! Take care!

I now understand why my husband left. I do not disagree with his problems but I disagree with the way he is handling it. I do believe if he had not done something so drastic I would have never realized that I do suffer from severe depression. I have made Doctor appointments, cleaned my house, washed and put up laundry that I have not put up in 3 months. I think I am on my way in talking him into coming home and letting us work on everything. He is bringing the girls to see me this weekend and I hope I can talk him into staying. I thank everyone for their thoughts and prayers. Hopefully things will continue to look positive.

Dear sweet beautiful Shiann, I know exactly how you feel, I have been suffering from depression too, and feel so overwhelmed by life. He does NOT have the right to take your kids unless you are neglecting them.!!! you need to get some medication to help deal with this, for your kids sake. Please let us know how it is going.
