same problem here, what software should open this type of file?

Hi.....the templates in Scrapbook Flair are .ptf files, they can only be opened from within the software itself. (Scrapbook Flair Software).
The elements and the backgrounds can be opened with any scrapbooking software. Elements are .psp,.png and/or .psd files. Backgrounds are usually jpg files.
If you have the Scrapbook Flair software and need help opening the templates, let me know. They cannot be opened any other way but from within the software. Happy Scrapping. Maggie

I have downloaded many times but whenever I try to open it, it always gives same message. 'error reading setup initialization file'. What Can I do?

Have you downloaded and installed the Microsoft .net framework first?

Late thanks to MaggieM. I managed to install the Scrapbook flair software.

If I'm having problems with SF software but have downloaded several embellishments, etc. should I uninstall SF and will computer keep all the other stuff?
