*Create a New Years card welcoming in 2016
*Any style or LO but must have Happy New Year 2016 on it
*Personal photos or images off the net may be used
*Please give credit .
*Only one winning page per member
* Every member who joins the challenge MUST enter a page. You may not join just to vote for a friend. If a page has more votes than is possible considering the number of challenge members I will remove the page.
*Voting ends one day earlier than the challenge
*I will choose a new COC on a regular basis until the final one is chosen at the end of the challenge
