Vote on Every Page - Water
Time for a new "Vote on Every Page" challenge. This time the theme is water. It can be the ocean, a lake, a waterfall, a flood whatever you want to use, but the main focus must be water. Be sure when someone looks at your scrap the thing they think of is some form of water.
Everyone is on the honor system that they will vote for every other page in the challenge. Please do not give everyone a score of 10 otherwise everyone will tie and the challenge will be a failure. See a suggestion below.
As with all my challenges, 1 winning page per person, anyone with additional winning pages, the page(s) with lower scores will be removed from the challenge after voting ends but before the challenge ends.
Voting will take place for 2 days near the end of the challenge and will end 1 day early so I can choose the COC winner. Please do not post scraps after voting starts just because everyone might have already come back and voted and your scrap might be missed.
Challenge Requirements:
1. Pages must be obviously about some form of water.
2. Credit must be listed as to any designers you use for elements, background, etc. If you keep track of specific kits that would be great, but at least list the specific designer. If you use internet images list that as well.
2. The page can use whatever technique you want.
3. ONLY new pages posted after the challenge starts.
THE MOST IMPORTANT PART OF THIS CHALLENGE IS THAT YOU MUST VOTE ON EVERY OTHER PAGE IN THE CHALLENGE!!!
PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT VOTE 10 ON EVERY PAGE BECAUSE THE RESULT WILL BE EVERYONE TIES.
I suggest using a graded scale. Imagine you have $50 and you need to buy 5 works of art. Go through the challenge and pick out the 5 scraps you would purchase and give them each 10 challenge points. Go through again and give another group 9 points, then 8 points and so on. Really examine the scrap with a critical eye and score it accordingly.
