Scrapbooking Techniques: OOB
As I look around SBF at everyone's beautiful pages I notice how many different ways there are to scrapbook - everyone has their own great style! I've created these challenges to allow members to showcase how they excel in one particular area... if creating an out of bound effect is your thing then this challenge is for you!
Challenge Requirements:
New or old pages with an out of bounds image. It's really hard to word this, I hope you know what I mean, if not and you have any questions please post them on the challenge page!
