In the southern hemisphere the wheel of the year turns to Samhain (All Souls Eve/Shadowfest/Hallowed Eve/Summers End) - that time that begins the "dark half of the year". At Samhain, the veil between this world and the next is at its thinnest and it is when we honor our beloved dead and the ancestors that came before us. Not to be confused with Halloween, the modern holiday derived from this sacred festival. It is also our third and final harvest for the year before the earth slumbers in rest until it awakens again come spring.
Challenge Requirements:
Must include journalling (title will not be accepted as journalling.
Must be a new page uploaded on or after challenge start date
Must include design credits (including credits for poems, quotes etc)
Must include 5 elements symbolic of Samhain,
In the event the same members is winning more than one top place the lower point page(s) will be removed.
Must enter a page to be eligible to vote in the challenge.
"Halloween" pages will not be accepted and will be removed from the challenge.
