Outrageous Overlays
I guess there are basically 2 different styles of overlays. There are the overlays that go around the borders of a page (like the black overlay on the icon), or the type of overlay where you use a patterned paper over the top of your page. So for this challenge either style is acceptable.
Personal photos or internet images
New pages uploaded after the challenge starts. Only 1 winning page per person, anyone with more than 1 winning page, the page(s) with lower scores will be removed after voting ends. Voting will end before the challenge ends.

3. Any style of scrap as long as an overlay is used
