OUT OF BOUNDS 2023
This is one of my favourite scrapbooking techniques. An OOB is just using ONE PHOTO and extending it out of the frame. See example on my home page.

Challenge Requirements:
1. New pages only.
2. Personal photos only please.
3. There can be only one winner, anyone with more than 1 winning page, the page(s) with lower scores will be removed after the voting ends. Voting will end one day early so I can chose my COC.
