My Little Miracle, Faith
I am a new Mom of a 6 month old beautiful girl named Faith. Faith had a rough start she was born Aug. 16,07 with a severe heart defect and a blood infection. Open heart surgery on Sept.11 & was able to come home Oct.22. Faith is doing well she is on heart medicine do to her irregular heart beat & there is an issue with her eating she only takes 1-2oz e/3 hrs. On Dec.26 Faith had and Upper GI test done on her esophagus to see if something was there that could be the reason she is not eating like she should..Well they found an impressive posterior indentation they said it looked like a speed bump it goes down out then down again. We took Faith for a CT scan on Feb.28 they called that evening @ 4:54 to tell us that Faith has 2 vessels branching off her heart that DOES NOT belong and it has wrapped around her esophagus..We are waiting to hear from her Dr.s to find out what comes next..
It goes from one thing to another with my little girl..PLEASE PLEASE keep Faith in your prayers ..
