Kelsey Briggs Tribute Challenge
On October 11th 2005, at the age of only 2, Kelsey Briggs joined the other little angels in heaven. The victim of child abuse, Kelsey has found a very special place in the hearts of thousands, including mine. What better way to remember such a special and beautiful child than with all of your beautiful pages? This will be the 2nd Kelsey challenge (that I am aware of) but many missed the first until after the deadline, why not have another?
