It's Vegas, Baby
Want to do a 12 x 12 scrapbook for my inlaws. We took them to Vegas in June for the first real vacation of their lives. This picture of my father in law pretty much sums it up, so I would like to use the design elements from this scrapbook page as the basis for the entire book. This pic:

Challenge Requirements:
The only real requirement is to use this picture. If I didn't get a high enough resolution, let me know and I'll either send to you direct or you can let me know how to post it.
Prefer a dark background. His name is "Don" if you can include that. He's a retired sax player so to him, Vegas is about the early music days. Would like music/dream qualities possibly incorporated. (Other pictures are available--I'll work on getting those uploaded with a link before the challenge starts). FYI, this picture was taken on Freemont Street.
