FANTASY BACKGROUND CHALLENGE: Fabric and Flower Fantasy Background
I loved those fantasy background challenges so here's another one. Create a Fabric and Flower fantasy background. You must start your own challenge requiring the use of one of the backgrounds you posted in this challenge. Read challenge requirements carefully to avoid removal.
Challenge Requirements:
1. Background Theme: Fabric and Flower Fantasy - your page should show both.
2. Must have special effects to create fantasy look - you must mention the techniques you used and give proper credits to owners of images you used.
3. Before voting here starts, you must start your own challenge requiring the use of ONE of the backgrounds you posted in this challenge.
4. You may post up to 5 scraps but can win only once. Your lower-rating scraps would be removed if you win more than once.
