Challenge Requirements:
1. Create a cluster frame, this can be any shape, square, round, oval etc.
2. This can be any theme, beach, Christmas, Brthday whatever you like.
3. Only show cluster frame on page, no photo or other embellishments. You can put on a background if you wish.
4. Do not use ready made clusters or frame, create your own with embellishments from your kits.
5. New pages only.
6. There can be only one winner. Anyone with more than one win, the page with the lowest score will be removed after voting has ended.
7. Voting will end one day early so I can chose my COC.
