CIRCLES 2019
Create a page using at least 4 circles, one of which MUST be a photograph in a circle frame. You can add any other embellishments you like. See example on my home page.
Challenge Requirements:
1. New pages only which must be uploaded after start of challenge.
2. You may use images from the net.
3. There can be only one winner, anyone with more than 1 winning page, the page(s) with lower scores will be removed after the voting ends. Voting will end one day early so I can chose my COC.
