Bokeh Scrap
Many out of focus light points make excellent backgrounds for scrapping. It lends to your fantasy. In this challenge we go back to basic scrapping.
Challenge Requirements:
Select your Bokeh page/s from the Bokeh Background Challenge or create your own or frmm the internet or you may use mine.
SCRAP your page/pages.( This means that an illustration page only, will be deleted.) Add bg page/embellishments/wordart or whatever you wish.
Remember to keep the Bokeh effect dominant.
