Black Frame Challenge
You are free to scrap anything you wish,and add what ever you like.
There are 3 rules please read them.
Challenge Requirements:

1 The page must be framed the frame must be on the out side of the page.
2 The frame must be black no other colour.
3 It must be a new page.
