Beautiful Bokeh
Well, the example below isn't the best representation of a bokeh background, but I am learning this too. Anyway, for this challenge I am asking you to create a bokeh background then create any style scrap you want over it.

Challenge Requirements:
1. Create a bokeh style background.
2. Create your scrap in any style
3. At least about one-third of the background needs to be visible; in other words, don't cover up the whole page.
