Challenge Requirements:
The requirements of this challenge are as follows:
1. New pages (for this challenge) only!
2. There must be an artistic hand as the main focus on your pages.
3. There must be only one artistic hand on your pages.
4. The hand has to be doing something like painting, drawing, writing, coloring, etc. Let your imagination guide you.
5. You must use kits/elements/backgrounds that go with the artistic feel.
6. I want to see extreme artistic creations, the more the better. Please don't be afraid to use lots of effects and/or lots of color.
7. I will stop the voting one day before the challenge end so that I can choose a COC.
8. To make this challenge fair, if any one person wins more than once, I will delete their lower pages.
