Another never won a challenge
Another challenge for those of you who have never won previous challenges.
Challenge Requirements:
New pages only
You may NOT have won first, second, or third place in any other challenges. Challenge Owner's Choice and other awards are acceptable.
And YES I will be checking!
You may not win more than one award so if you're top three I will not choose you for COC. And also if you have two pages top three I will disqualify the lower page in order to give everyone opportunity to win their first awards.
I will choose a different COC a couple times a day so hopefully I rotate through most everyone then when voting ends I will choose a final winner.
