I decided initially to exclude CT pages because the creators of such pages do not usually participate as full SbF members. However, a CT scrapper has entered and has commented and voted on other pages in this challenge, so I have decided to allow her entry to remain.

I hope nobody will object this this change of heart on my part. I also hope that those who receive her comments and votes will reciprocate.

	scrapfiend says: You're an old established member Stacey and you still often c/v other people's pages in the usual way, so you're OK. My problem is with CT people who just use SbF as another upload destination and never c/v anyone else's pages. If they want comments and votes on their pages, and want to enter challenges, they should do what the rest of us do. Feb 22, 2018
