not real sure what RAK photos are, though I know RAK usually stands for random act of kindness, I'm not sure how that works with a photo? If someone will let me know about that, I may need to be more specific for future challenges because when I say personal photo I mean a photo you took, or a family member took, or a friend took, but not a photo that is on the internet that was taken by someone you don't know.

RAK are photos that I get from friends or that the members of the designers I scrap for have posted of their children, etc. Not a photo from the internet though, unless I have permission to use it.

hmmmm, I'm going to have to think on the RAK photos. RAK photos will be okay for this challenge since I didn't specifically say they couldn't be used, but I will have to think about the use of them for future challenges were the requirement is personal photos only.

then if that is ok , what about photogrpahers who have given you permission to use their photos. they are RAK photos

RAK photos are photos from desingers or photographers you have permission to use.

i have never considered that personal photos in the past.

its your choice dawn but i dont think that should be included when you ask for personal photos.

JMHO and I used them a lot for ct pages.

As do I because I don't have many personal photos on my computer. I use to have a bunch of scanned ones, but lost them all on my old computer. Just about all of my CT Pages are RAK photos.

uisng for ct is fine but suzie they are NOT personal photos.

as more challenges here are requiring perosnal phots i jsut go out and shoot everything i see. as you never know what you may need - when i took the photo of the old house i had no idea there was challenge for that. just a coincidence.when i am at a park i take p hots of kids - on the beach, on playground, etc. the biggest pro blem is finding them when they may be needed.

as quality is not all that good i dont use them for ct pages.

To me RAK is as close to personal photo`s as photo`s from friends. Most of the people that give the RAK`s are somehow friends, because they ct for the same designer, or like on ess are teammates. You can`t find them on internet, only in a group if you are a member of that group
