A thought on format for a future Progressive Challenge

I have a thought...would it be easier on everyone if the time to post each step was 48 hours instead of just 24 hours? The challenge would take longer but if you had a problem you would a little longer to fix. Please let me know your thoughts or if you have a different suggestion...I would be glad to schedule another one if there is enough interest...Dawn

Would love another one of these.
For me personally the 24 or 48 hour doesn't matter, but I can see how it would make it easier for a lot of people, and for you as well, so 48 hour sounds OK.
On the other hand I love to work under pressure, and to much time would make me more indecisive, and might affect the final product negatively.
So now I did not contribute in any way in your decision making LOL

Dawn would love more of these challenges, as they really push the brain cells into overdrive. I'm not fussed with the 24 or 48 either does me. I do think if you have more time, you do start fussing with it instead of going with your initial instincts and would probably end up making a mess of it lol.
But I'm happy to go with the majority..

The only problem is with time zone differences...I am about 9 to 10 hours different. But I'm ok either way -- as long as the internet connection works right for 5 days in a row!!! Great challenge.

PS> I do appreciate the voting delay until after the last instructions are up!

I like it the way it is and think that maybe with a 48 hour delay you would loose the momentum. I would play whether it was 24 or 48 though so happy to go with majority! Just like to say thanks for your organisation this was a really enjoyable task! -x-

I agree with Wendy-Anntaurus--Dawn you really did a splendid job with this challenge; you were superb at orchestrating everything... Personally, it did feel a bit rushed @ 1st to get the pages done, but as I got used to the time set... You adjust... I've never done any kind of progressive challenge in my life... Have to admit it was fun...!!! Thanks again, Dawn..

Maybe the 48 hours would help due to the time difference, but for me 24 hours is fine. I love these, and really pushes ones brain as one doesn't know what the next step will be. Thanks for doing this one!

Hi Dawn
Firstly thank you so much for running this challenge. I really enjoyed it. For me the 48 hours would be so much better. I am back at work and some days I really don't get a chance to even switch on my pc at home. I was worried about starting this challenge because I didn't know if I would be able to complete it once I was back at work. Luckily I haven't been too busy yet so could log on and complete the last two steps but that will not always be the case for me.

24 hours is a great challenge...after the connection went down at home I wouldn't let the kids get on their devices until I posted my other pages LOL. Glad to have the backup internet at the office but some don't have that option and you have to watch when SBF does their updating around midnight CST. But for a few glitches for some (that will always happen), this challenge was fun and inspirational!

Thanks Dawn for a wonderful challenge. I too think its great as it is at 24 hours. I agree with Audraj if you have more time you do start fussing around with your page. but I would still be happy with 48 hours., Really enjoyed this challenge!

I have really become to enjoy these progressive challenges. For some reason I was always late getting mine done when you first posted it, but managed before the 24 hrs was up. So I'm ok with what ever the majority wants. I am retired, but my life just seems to be on the busy side more than I want. On second thought I may just be slowing down too much, LOL

I personally loved the time challenge. I too have a tendency to over think things and change things up. So having that small of a time scale was a great challenge for me and let me go with first instincts. And I think maybe if you gave me more time I might miss something. LOL But this was the first one that I've ever done too. So it was very exciting. I will on the other hand, play again either way that you decide :)

Great challenge idea and for me it doesn`t make any difference if it``s 24 or 48 hours. It was only on the 2nd addition I almost forgot that I had to look what you requested. After that I added the times to my blackberry, so I got a warning
