yes, the frame can be any colour.
As long as there is some kind of border around the sketch to separate it, that is fine.
It can even be a thin edge as long as it is all round the sketch.
Remember to make it the main focus of your page as this is what I will be focusing on when I pick the COC. Also remeber to upload the original photo at the same time as the sketch page/
