CANNOT OPEN ZIPPED FILE!

Would really appreciate it. Are all of your files/kits/freebies are they zipped the same way? Or other? I have unzip 9.0 and Winrar and usually these programs opens zipped files of all sorts but yours I cannot open them with.
Please get back to me asap. I would really would like to join this challenge but it's starting off a bit difficult to understand. LOL LMAO. Hahaha Ciao bella.
