May be I am wrong in how to count layers?
Here is how I counted it:
the men in the back came together but I added a shadow so, I count it as 2.
The lady sitting, I also added a shadow, so I count as 2.
Then I count, since the man and woman came together, I count other people as 4.
The suitcase camo on it's own,1.
2 floors + ceiling=3
The side walls are made of itself+frame+the inside of the frame, 3.
The back wall is made-up background+sun+plane+film to give the window look + lines to finish the look, 5.So I apologise if that is not how it's counted.
