I am getting this straight aren't I that we can just upload a page that we really love and just upload it just like it is? I do not want to go to all the trouble of doing this and then find out I should not have used their work without their permission.

I may be wrong, but I don't believe "scraplifting" is just posting someone else's page just like it is. It is creating your own page based on someone else's layout, either copying each of their elements and designs but using your own photos ... or else just using their layout as an inspiration for your own. In either case, you create a page of your own based on another layout. If I am not understanding scraplifting correctly, please let me know. Angela, I'm sure you could clarify this for us. Thanks.
