Very good point Millie, I assumed that the pic was B+W with the one element tinted, and placed on a scrapped page, but then I read the challenge again, and saw your question, so here goes for me too, do we scrap the page???

oh yes! scrap it! i only meant the pics are to be tinted with one color of your choice! the scrapbook layout can look however you want it to! have fun!
