Author photographerlady says: are not all blue!! leaves, ribbons, flowers need to be blue too. the only thing that can be colored is the photo, and if you are blending a photo into a paper please be aware only the person or animal can be of color not or it gets too confusing. I HAVE decided white or black is not apart of the rules however if they "could be" a light light light shade of blue , or a dark dark shade of blue im letting those entries stay. if you are trying to change anything green into blue and it looks greenish blue im accepting that as long as its more blue than green Jan 3, 2010
