Reply to your question: YES you can add anything and everything to your page/scrapbook...ex: elements, all kinds of papers, decor, tags, etc...as long you're scrapping a winter scenery of your choice.
Just scrap normally as you would on a daily basis...just the theme for your scrap is a winter landscape/nature.
