I want to apologize to anyone who I tagged who had already won first place with that particular page. It's been several weeks since I actually created this challenge and I forgot all about that rule. I feel very silly since I'm the one who made it. I know a couple I tagged this morning were first place winners and I apologize for that. I'll be more careful in the future.
