I had a problem getting my picture as well, my trick was a screen print.
Once you finnish your pic, hit the "Prnt Scrn" button then open your paint application (all computers have them) and then hit "Ctrl" "v" and the copy of the page should pop up. Then just edit it to get your picture and save. Then use whatever software you use for scrapbooking and scrap your picture.
