Only Cancer Survivors and those battling with cancer may vote

Whether or not you post a page, if you are a cancer survivor or battling with cancer, you may become a member to vote. The rest of us, including me, may only comment and vote in the general voting section but not in the challenge.

i will vote only at the last hour, in case of a tie in which the system will simply give the award to the most recent page. i do hope this doesn't happen - i hope other cancer survivors and victims would come in to vote.
