Hi Liluz not extencion it`s extraction:when you completely erase the background around a person and object and place it in to another one with or without shadow.Blending means:to merge a person,object,landscape anything else into a background with no shadows looking like it belongs there,see example one of my pages created from 7 different pics blended together link below:
