The Native Peoples of Canada, First Nations, are Treaty People and normally identify themselves with their treaty area or group. Angelique is a Woodlands Cree, like my husband, and we are in Canada. I hesitated to put 'Canadian' because we have so many aboriginal nations here who are very unique and not representative of the whole country but of their regions. :-)
