Originally - this photo had faded in the oval cardboard frame that came from the printers - all that is except for the parts covered by the frame....and it really looked terrible. Apart from my suspicious look....which I can't do anything about because I was only 1, the cropping has taken the un-faded background away and hidden my mothers hand which, I presume, was holding me still and telling me to look at the stranger.
