it's indeed Odd, but some people don't leave comments because they don't have the time to type something with every page they vote on...
you also have people who give any page 10 challenge points,
that's also weird because if everyone get 10 challenge point then there's no difference...

some beginners have some beautiful pages and they get less votes..
