Don't Forget to Include the name of your Hometown

I failed to include this in the original requirements, but of course, we want to know the name of your hometown including the state/province. Please include the country as well if your hometown is outside the United States or Canada. I have added a requirement update to include this information. For those of you who have already uploaded your page, simply delete the current page from the challenge when you are ready to upload the new page. All pages will be judged at the end of the challenges. So, you will not be at a disadvantage when you upload the new page.
