I think they should be removed. That is what the rules are for. It isn't cruel and the members will understand that if they broke the rules, their page was removed. You could give the option of reposting the page once it meets the qualifications of your challenge.

I agree with Laura, they should be romoved if they don't meet the rules. Its not fair to those who followed the rules to lose out to those who did not. I'm sure people will understand : )
