However, we can release any backgrounds that use the flourish backgrounds as part of the Friendship Background Collection. However, if you use the Flourish elements you will be disqualified from winning any of the awards in the challenge. Sorry to make it a little confusing. I wanted to make sure the backgrounds would work nicely together, so I chose the color palette from the Flourish Collection.
