The page can be anything that works nicely as a background. Personally I prefer subtle backgrounds that do not take away from your subject when you scrap the page. But some people like to have a more prominent background and work their subject into the background when they scrap. So, if the picture works with your background, go for it.

Hi - I cant find out how to post my entry to this challenge. I looked in FAQs - they said it would be in editors notes or challenge forum - so I looked there and a couple other forums - after going thru and trying out many many posts to the forum, I still have no clue how to post. Isnt there a how to or basic info section without a ton of comments and just the info us newbies need to get started ? pleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssssseeeeeeeee

Kezcreates is correct. You will need to upload your page and join the challenge first. Then you will see the link to 'post your scrapbook'. There is a 'getting started' link underneath your message center on your home page in the right menu. This will walk you through all the different features on the site. Welcome to Scrapbook Flair!
