Clarification of rules

Hi friends! I think there has been some confustion as to what the challenge rules are. I am asking that the page CLEARLY STATE and illustrate what quality or technique makes a page a really good page. Savannah's grand mawmaw's page made it sort of clear by the description, which I decided is acceptable. rideascrapbook, Lavender Passion, and trishie's first page say it clearly on the page, which is what I want. I don't want to remove pages. If I see an acceptable answer in the description I will leave in the page. I will wait until voting is about to start before I remove pages to give people time. If half the pages need to be removed, I will end the challenge and try again later.
