yes, this challenge was to showcase a family heirloom either by using a photo, picture of a similar item from the internet ( if you dont have a photo) or even a journaling about the heirloom.. but i did want to have everyone sharing thier family heirlooms on this challenge. if the people who dident have an heirloom in their submission here would like to add them to the ancestors challenge you mentioned, they can feel free to do so.
