Thank you for your questions and taking time to participate in this Challenge.
I believe there is an area, in every software program to custom the page size. Perhaps, under edit and then page set up? You would have to manually insert the sizes listed above. Your card should be VERTICLE or PORTRAIT...try this setting, too.
