Author gypsykate says: I don't know how to specify resolution in other programs but in photoshop, you open the image size and under resolution, you put 300/inch or its equivalent in centimeters (118.11/centimeter). In terms of actual page size, I think 12 x 12 inch (or 1 foot x 1 foot) is best for high quality printing.
