You can not vote until a certain date, I made voting open to all but restricted the time frame. I get the sense at this site that many feel voting is cast about unevenly by some members. I hope that by allowing voting in the last 24-48 hours of the challenge, that challenges will appeal to more members.

Certain challenges appeal to less people and if you shorten the number of days a challenge is open this limits the number of people who enter and thus increases the chances of those who do enter of winning.
