I had not seen this before creating a page for this challenge. Digital is very nice, but somehow, to me paper scrapbooking has much more impact in general.
I can see now where all it would take is to print out on white scrapbook paper two background pages, and one page containing all embellishments including the words. The embellishments I would then cut out of the paper, the text I would have reversed before I printed and then I would use an exacto knife to cut the words from a heavier textured paper, and I would have a paper scrapbooking page designed digitally.
