OK, I went to vote on everyone's scrapbooks, and the voting appears to be "off". There is no mention of a voting window in the description, but some pages already have Challenge points so I know voting was on at some point. What's up? Thanks! :)

The voting should be on cause i am still getting the voting buttons to vote and i have voting set to end when the challenge does.
