There are many challenges that I've entered where the requirements were just kind of overlooked once it got going. Maybe the owner got overwhelmed - or just ended up really busy in his/her real life! Anyway - usually a quick note clears it up.

But, I think it's really important that those of us entering need to read and follow the rules too! Long story short...I really do agree with you. Hugs from AZ!

actually az_ip, the owner was suddenly absent and returned after the challenge ended, (funny thing about having a real life outside SBF eh)by which time it was far too late to do anything about this oversight. and yes I totally agree that a quick note would probably have alerted me to this sooner!
