I do hope that the person who gave a 5 to sugarpops layout did so accidentally! A five is as low as we can vote now and in essence you are saying the page is of the lowest level. I haven't seen any page in this challenge unworthy of a very high score. Even though it is not my page, I am personally hurt to see someone treated this way.

*Not voting* on a LO is the lowest if someone doesn't care for the page. Voting a 5 might indicate that it is the lowest of the person's 6 votes (i.e., 10 for the best of the 6 that voter voted on, 9 for the second best, etc.), preferential voting, rather than disparagement.

I personally think that people are too quick to just assign a 10 to everything they think is nice, negating the WOW factor for a really great LO. Why bother having any option but 10 in the votes, if people are going to be offended with a 5 (, 6, 7, etc.)?
