Sometimes they say it must be posted to your home page after start of challenge, however this one just said new. My entry was actually posted to my home page the prior day of the challenge starting and was not in any other challenge so I felt it qualified as new. That, ofcourse, is my personal view. Usally if the challenge owner wants only things made after start date they will say so. Hope that helps.
